Our athlete mental training sessions are designed to help individuals improve their mental toughness, focus, confidence, and overall performance in their sport. Mental training is an essential aspect of athletic success, as it can help athletes overcome obstacles, manage pressure, and enhance their overall mindset for competition. During our mental training sessions, athletes will work with our mental performance coach who specialize in helping athletes develop the mental skills needed to excel. Sessions may include a variety of techniques and strategies, such as visualization, goal setting, positive self-talk, relaxation exercises, and mindfulness practices. Athletes will learn how to manage performance anxiety, stay focused under pressure, build resilience, and develop a winning mindset. They will also work on setting and achieving goals, improving their confidence, and maintaining a positive attitude both on and off the field. Our mental training sessions are tailored to the specific needs and goals of each athlete, and can be beneficial for athletes of all ages and skill levels in any sport. Program Based on Joshua 1:9

This program is designed to enhance athletes' confidence through structured weekly sessions, combining educational components, practical exercises, and discussions. Each week will focus on specific themes and techniques to build mental resilience and self-assurance. This session includes weekly 45 minute zoom/facetime meeting with Coach Jeff, weekly assignments and a digital journal.
At the end of the program, participants will have developed a deeper understanding of confidence, learned practical strategies to enhance their performance, and created a supportive network with fellow athletes. Regular follow-ups can be scheduled for continued growth and accountability. |
Building Strong Character
Program Based on Philippians Chapter 2
Four week mental training course to build strong character on and off the field $250 |
This program aims to enhance athletes' character development over four weeks through structured themes, activities, and virtual discussions. Each week includes a scheduled Zoom or FaceTime, weekly assignments, and a digital journal.
At the end of the four-week program, participants will have gained a deeper understanding of character and its implications for their performance and relationships in sports. The individual reflection will foster a supportive environment for personal growth. Follow-up sessions can be scheduled to reinforce learning and encourage ongoing development. |
